LEGAL ISSUES This catalogue is an official publication of the Escuela de Artes Plásticas de Puerto Rico. The Escuela reserves the right to make changes in the courses of study, rules and regulations, course descriptions, requirements for degrees, registration, cost of tuition and services, when deemed necessary. The Escuela de Artes Plásticas has adopted institutional policies on the use of drugs and alcohol abuse, sexual harassment, and reasonable accommodation. Official enrollment at the Escuela de Artes Plásticas entails compliance with all internal regulations and standards of the institution. The Escuela de Artes Plásticas de Puerto Rico does not discriminate in admissions, employment or treatment of individuals based on sex, race, color, age, religion, politics, origin or physical disability. Any person who believes she or he has been the object of discrimination may file a complaint at the Chancellor's Office at the Escuela. In compliance with the 1974 Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), all students have the right to examine their academic records, and should there be discrepancies, request pertinent corrective measures through the corresponding channels and procedures.
